Terms & Conditions of Sale & Return Policies

 


Sales Taxes
Governor Schwarzenegger requires us to collect all applicable sales tax for all orders delivered to addresses within the State of California.

What Is MAP Pricing?
MAP or Minimum Advertised Price is a voluntarily agreement that all legitimate manufacturer authorized retailers enter into with their authorized suppliers, usually the manufacturer, and in some cases, the official distribution company designated by the manufacturer.
According to such agreements, retailers can usually sell MAP restricted items for any price they choose, but may not display in any print or online advertising, a price below the Minimum Advertised Price.
Price Delight adheres to these MAP restrictions because our relationship with our authorized suppliers demands it.
We are an honorable, honest company - we keep agreements with vendors AS WELL as our customers, because it is the right way to do business.
Such adherence also guarantees our customers...YOU...get proper and prompt service from these manufacturers should you need it, not to mention advance notice on exciting new model launches, which often hit the market in extremely limited quantities known throughout the industry as allocations.
Dealers that do not abide by requested pricing policies are generally cut off from such products, not to mention post sale service.
We respect our MAP contracts, and wherever the scope of that agreement permits us an avenue to supply product for a transactional selling price below MAP, we make those prices available to you in the easiest, quickest manner allowed us.

Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier by you the customer.
If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill.
If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
Price Delight cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufactures Defects
We accept most returns within 30 days from the date of the delivery.

In the rare instance of a defect in any product we sell, the end-user MUST first contact the manufacturer's techinical support department.
If their contact information is not provided anywhere, please contact us at (949) 861-0395 or email us at ctee@ca.rr.com for it.
If the product is determined to be defective and the manufacturer does not offer to repair or replace the item, then call or email us at the above contact information for instructions.
Please do not return items without first contacting us to receive an RMA and the instructions.
The return of defective merchandise when authorized will incur a re-stocking fee if the item is not shipped complete or in a damaged state.
The shipment of a defective item back to us or to a designated warehouse is done at the customer's expense.
ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer.
A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package.
Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and Price Delight's return policy will NOT BE HONORED in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.
Upon receipt and inspection any item not found to be defective will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

After a return is authorized by our return department:
Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
Write the Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE container.
We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning.
THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit.
We also suggest that you use a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx that can provide you with proof of delivery.
Price Delight shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping and handling charges to our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable.
Please keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
A replacement will them be sent to you at Price Delight's expense.

If you wish a reufnd instead of a replacement, please be aware that the original shipping costs will need to be deducted from your refund, even if the order was placed using a free shipping promotion.
You can then expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
